Vacation Rental Description

Ebb Tide Condominium Complex, Oceanfront 4th Floor Unit, 1750 square 
feet with balcony-large 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Unit

Oversize Jacuzzi in Master Bath. Master Bath and Family Room have 
floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass overlooking ocean. Master 
bedroom has king size bed with new excellent mattress. Unit has just 
been totally renovated and remodeled. Everything is new! This is 
luxury!

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, range, microwave 
and small appliances. There is a dinette that seats 4 and the dining 
room seats 4. There are 2 folding chairs for additional seating. The 
balcony contains a table and chairs for six.

Washer and dryer are located in laundry room INSIDE the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is by far one of the nicest complexes on the non driving beach. 
Complex underwent a multi-million dollar renovation 5 years ago and 
was built in 1986, which makes it one of the newer complexes in the 
area.

Complex has a private tennis court, heated pool with spa, exercise 
room with cable TV and DVD, sauna, gas grills and pool deck 
overlooking ocean. Only 53 units in complex.

Condo located on car free beach-no need to be concerned about any 
cars driving on beach. Wide flat beach for plenty of room to play. 

Wireless high speed internet (must bring your own notebook computer) 
or wired connection as well in unit and in pool area.

DVD Player/HiFi Stereo with 6 speaker surround system. Movie Library

Activities and Attractions

New Smyrna Beach is the "Old" Florida type town. Laid back. Plenty 
of casual dining with great seafood restaurants. Canaveral National 
Seashore is 7 minutes down the road where you can put in your boat 
for world renown flats fishing-snook, trout, reds in Mosquito 
Lagoon. Ocean offers kayaking, surfing, sailing, sunbathing 
and any other ocean activity.

Old Flagler Avenue has returned to life with shoppes, ice cream 
treats, surf shops and restaurants. You can also take your car to 
the North end (1 mile) of the beach and cruise on the driving beach. 
The surfing is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA! 
Highway A1A south of here is still a 2 lane road which dead ends 
into the Canaveral National Seashore.
 
You can bike on the flat beach or bike in Canaveral National 
Seashore as well. There are Indian Mounds there to see. 40 Minutes 
to the west is famous Blue Springs where you can swim with the 
Manatees or just watch them from the edge of the Spring. 

People return to this area year after year because of the location, 
affordability, and wonderful family atmosphere.

Plenty of affordable golf nearby. Disney, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom 
are a 1 1/2 hour drive; Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea 
World 1 hour 15 minute drive, Daytona Beach 20 minute drive, Kennedy 
Space Center 45 min drive.
