dining room and the second bedroom windows. 
This cozy condo is our vacation destination as well, and you will feel completely at home because we 
have equipped it with all the comforts you need at home. 
Master bedroom has brand new king size bedroom set, walk in closet, and private bathroom with walk  
in shower. Second bedroom has two single beds, walk in closet.The second bathroom has two entrances,  
one from the second bedroom (for your convenience) and the other from the hall way. All beds have  
new and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. The condo equipped with three TV’s,  
VCR/DVD Player, and STEREO CD/CASETTE/RADIO. New Refrigerator, Water Heater, A/C, and Heat.

Vacation Rental Rates

November through April        $ 3200.00 / month 
May through October           $ 2500.00 / month 
12% taxes will be added to monthly rates but will not be added to 6 month and up rentals. 
A minimum of one month rental is required.
