*In order to respect the Ka’iulani of Princeville By-Laws, the rental
rate is based upon booking with the intent of using the home for at
least 30 consecutive days. However, owner understands that
circumstances do surface which cannot be controled. Therefore,
depending upon how many days you actually stay, the rent will be
adjusted accordingly to compensate for lower electricity usage and
less wear.
