sail by. The patio boasts a bar with granite countertops. Invite friends over for a BBQ; the
natural gas grill ensures you never run out of fuel.
This house has everything - just bring your toothbrush. The kitchen includes all stainless steel
appliances including a 6 burner gas range, separate conventional and convection ovens, microwave
oven, toaster oven, food warmer, silent dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water and ice
dispenser, garbage disposer, etc. All utensils, cooking accessories, dishes and glasses are
supplied.
There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. Also included is a 42" HDTV plus surround sound, cable
and high speed internet access. The laundry is located in the garage and features a Heavy Duty
Super Capacity Washer and Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Mops, Broom, and Vacuum. The heated pool is
the property's focal point and has depths ranging from 3 to 7 feet.
The pool and gardens are maintained weekly by an outside service. Every window and door in this
house are high-impact and hurricane-tested. There are smoke detectors and a monitored security
system.
The City of Pompano Beach, an affluent, family-oriented and safe community, is located immediately
north of Ft. Lauderdale. Pompano Beach is a fantastic friendly beach with a fishing pier and the
best sandy beach in South Florida - you can walk out into the water for 200 yards.
The Pompano Beach Golf Course is 2 miles away and includes 2 championship 18-hole courses, Club
House, Restaurants and Lounges. Other nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving,
kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, riding, tennis,
racquetball, basketball, boating, and fishing. Also nearby are museums, children's parks, shopping
plazas and restaurants, pubs, dancing, live theatre, cinemas, Cruises, and Orioles' baseball spring
training. Boat rentals are available from Atlantic Boat Rentals located at 300 South Federal
Highway on the same canal system, or from many other rental agencies.
There are too many restaurants of a family and upscale nature to mention here. Many are located
right on the Intracoastal easily accessible by boat or car. Pompano City Center, a beautiful new
outdoor shopping center with many major retailers and services, is minutes away. Ft. Lauderdale
beach and airport is 15 minutes away. Miami's South Beach and Art Deco District is 40 minutes away.

Terms and Conditions
Deposit – 50% of Rental Fee is due with Reservation
Balance of Rental Fee, applicable Taxes, Security Deposit and Exit Cleaning Fee are due 30 days
prior to the scheduled arrival date. Non-payment of the rental fee balance 30 days prior to the
arrival date will constitute a cancellation. Payments can be made by wire transfer, cashier check
or any major credit card through Paypal (2.9% surcharge).
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 25% of the rental fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the rental
fees, unless the property can be re-rented for your stay dates in which case 25% of the rental fee
will be forfeit.
Security Deposits are refunded no later than 2 weeks from the time of your departure, but typically
much sooner. In the event that all or a portion of your security deposit has been withheld, a
detailed written Damage Report will be provided. Security Deposit refunds are made by check through
US Mail.
