Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully tiled condo located directly on the beach on  
the Gulf of Mexico.  Direct view of sunsets and dolphins right from your own balcony.  No need to  
drive to the beach. This direct access beachfront unit  has all amenities including, beach chairs,  
beach umbrella, beach toys for the kids,rafts and swimming noodles.  The unit sleeps four and has a  
queen size bed and queen sleeper.  The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove,  
oven, refridgerator,microwave, full utensils,coffeemaker and blender.  WIRELESS INTERNET has just  
been installed so bring your laptop computer.  The unit also has 2 TVs,CD player and DVD.  All  
linens, bath and beach towels,hair dryer, iron,ironing board are available. Washer and dryer located  
on each floor. Balcony has 2 lounge chairs with a table and four chairs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Apollo complex has a huge heated pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, laundry facilities, covered  
parking, tennis courts, restaurant and sports bar on premises. You can swim in the Gulf and walk 200  
feet to the pool and jacuzzi. Showers and bathroom facilities are adjacent to the pool.

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island is accessible to many golf courses.  On the island are bike rentals and plenty of  
fantastic restaurants within walking distance of the Apollo.  For the shoppers there are plenty of  
stores.  Located on the beach are all water sports such as wave runners, parasailing, shell  
excursions, windsailing and canoeing.  Boat rentals are available at the island marinas.

Vacation Rental Rates

$550.00 per week from May 1 - Dec.1  $1300.00 per week from December 1 -April 30th.  Discounts  
are available for multiple weeks. Wireless internet in unit at no additonal charge.
