Newly remolded in spring 2008, this lovely 2 bedroom apartment
sleeping up to 5 people is situated in the heart of Beijing - The
ideal location makes it possible for our guests to fully appreciate
this ancient, yet well modernized city.
Within walking distance, you can experience the Dashalan culture
street for a feel of the original and traditional shops in Beijing.
Around the corner of the apartment, you will find the Quanjude
restaurant where you can taste the most famous and authentic Peking
Roast Duck. It is only half an hour walk to the world largest public
square, Tiananmen Square, which is surrounded by many famous
landmarks such as People's parliament, Mao's memorial building,
National Museums, and of course, Forbidden City. Interested in Peking
Opera or Chinese acrobatics? You can walk to the famous Laoshe
Teahouse to enjoy the performance while sipping a cup of tea. The
brand new National Center for the Performing Arts is also in walking
distance. Walking to Liulichang may satisfy your crave for antiques.
Don?t be afraid of bargaining with sellers. If you want to cook in
the apartment, Xuanwumen food market is right on the corner across
the street, you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, snacks,
drinks, bread, whatever you like in 10 minutes.
Subway is the most convenient and reliable way of commuting in
Beijing. The subway station is steps away from the apartment. You can
get to many attractions, such as the National Stadium, the Temple of
Heaven, Wangfujing or Xidan shopping districts, via subway in half an
hour.
The Central Bus Station is about 500 meters from the apartment. This
is the hub for the city's massive bus system. Many sightseeing buses
originate from this station.

This apartment is owned by my parents who currently live in the
suburb Beijing. Since my parents use it for their short stay when
they need to go to downtown Beijing, they try to keep it as cozy and
family friendly.
The apartment has hard wood floors, large windows, private efficiency
kitchens and private full bath.

There is another sleeping sofa in the living room to accommodate the
5th person.

You can either pay with a major credit card over paypal (secure and no need to give your credit
card number) or money order, cashier's check, personal check.
$500/week
$1500/month
Rate for long term rental can be negotiated.
25% of rental amount is required as booking deposit.
The full payment is due on the arrival date.
$200 refundable security deposit is required.
