Tan Club which is at the heart of all the Trilogy Community activities. The San Tan club boasts a movie theatre, ballroom, restaurant, internet cafe, breakfast cafe, 4
tennis courts, bocce courts, billiards, along with fitness, dance, arts and crafts classes.
Trilogy HOA charges a one time fee of $75.00 for renters to use the facilities during their stay. Badges are required for use of the facilities, which cost $25 per badge.
Additionally there is Trilogy's own 18 hole championship golf course along with 2 swimming pools and spa.
