Off-season rent $600 per week (Sat - Sat) or $100 nightly or $1200 month to month.

Seasonal full-time rental Jan - June 2:  $1200 monthly. 

June - Labor Day:  $1150/week.  Cleaning fee: $75.00. This is waived if you thoroughly clean the house yourself before leaving. No other fees or taxes are applied.
