Vacation Rental Description

 Complete, Beautiful Remodel with new Sisal carpet, Pergo Bamboo 
flooring in kitchen and bath, new paint colors, New Tile counters, Stainless steel sink, 
Faucet and a DISHWASHER in kitchen, bath has resurfaced tub/shower, corion vanity top, ceiling 
fans in diningroom and bedroom, bamboo dining set, Queen size 
Rattan sofa/bed and the most comfortable Leather Recliner in living room. 
  Cozy upper condo at far end of complex, quiet, private. Beautiful 
view of the mountains all day from your patio where you can enjoy 
that first cup in the morning or your favorite cocktail at sunset. 
You'll find a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom and another 
queen pullout sofa in the living room. There is a full bath with all 
linens, kitchen with NEW Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, coffee maker, 
toaster and blender.
 2 TV's, VCR&DVD, CD Player, and just steps to the pool and Spa 
 Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival!!! The 
only thing missing is you !!

Vacation Rental Amenities

 Our building is at the far end of the complex and the only one adjacent to 
our pool, never crouded. There is a phone, local calls only, cable 
tv, cold a/c, and covered parking right in front of our condo. You 
are also just steps from the tennis courts, putting green 
and shuffleboard. The grounds are beautiful and very enticing for an 
evening walk or to enjoy the tranquility of the desert sky. Villas 
II is a gated complex with 24 hour security. 

Activities and Attractions

How about GOLF (over 100 courses near by),GAMBLING; the Spa Casino 
about a mile away along with the Morongo, Trump 29,and the Agua 
Caliente Casino within 20 miles. then there is hiking, biking, 
tours,the living desert, Desert Museum,PS Air Museum, 
horseback riding, Indian Canyon Reservation, SHOPPING; Downtown 
aways great, El Paseo in Plam Desert, Outlet Stores in Cabazon 
(about 15 miles away).Joshua Tree National Monument (awsome ROCK 
CLIMBING), Annenberg Theater; absolutely the best in entertainment, 
the Palms Springs FOLLIES a must see and many of the cast live in 
the Villas II,and we can't forget the world famous Palm Springs 
TRAM, with the new revolving gondolas, which is right across the 
street from the condo. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON !!!!!

   3 days 2 nights        $200.00 when available
   Weekly         $400.00
   Monthly        $1000.00
    *maybe subject to utility surcharge

   October-May
   3 days 2 nights        $300.00 when available
   Weekly         $600.00
   Monthly        $1600.00

   1/3 Deposit required to secure booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival
    Cancellations: prior to 30 days subject to $75 processing fee
                           less than 30 days any refund will be subject to re-renting 
   $500.00 Security Deposit - refundable if no damage occurs 
  
   DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS

   SUMMER MONTHS COULD BE SUBJECT TO SURCHARGE
   $100 CLEANING FEE ADDITIONAL will be deducted from security deposit
