It is located at Ko Olina, which is Oahu's most luxurious resort.
Ko Olina is approximately a 25 minute drive southwest of Honolulu
International Airport, which gives you many of the benefits of
Waikiki without the noise and congestion.

Coconut Plantation is a gated community in the Ko Olina resort.
This former model home has 4 bedrooms with 4 baths and over 2100
square feet. It overlooks the pool from the master bedroom and
downstairs lanai. One bedroom is set-up as a fully equipped home
office for those that want a vacation, but still need to stay in
touch. However, two twin beds can be set-up in the office, if
additional bed space is required. There is a suite that has its own
bath, kitchenette and living area and gives you the option of having
a separate entry from rest of the home, which is great for those who
want to have privacy, but still vacation with friends or
family.

This home is managed by a local licensed property manager, who will
assure that your stay is everything you expect from a resort
vacation, as well as be available to quickly assist you with any
concerns.

Jan 1 to Aug 31 $5500/month $1350/per additional week

Sep 1 to Nov 30 $5250/month $1300/per additional week

Note: Ko Olina Coconut Plantation Association By-Laws require a
minimum of one month (30 Days) stay. However, quite often paying
for one month at our rates will be significantly less than paying for multiple rooms for fewer days at a hotel.  We will also consider a 2 week mimimum stay -- special conditions apply.  Contact us for more information.  

Taxes:
7.25% Transient/Accommodation Tax is required on rentals of less than
180 days (By statute, this is waived for military personal in
transient or those waiting for military housing.)
4.712% General Excise Tax

Reservation Guarantee:
Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of a non-refundable
deposit of 50% of one month's rent plus taxes. The remaining non-
refundable 50% is due 45 days prior to check-in. These funds are
forfeited if your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in
advance. When you check into the home, these funds will be applied
towards your first month's rent. We accept Postal Money Orders as
payment.

Security Deposit:
A refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be required upon check-
in. This is payable by cash or Postal Money Order only. This money
will be used to cover electrical costs over $350/month, long
distance telephone charges, any damages or loss, as well as, a
mandatory cleaning fee of $350.

To provide "Peace of Mind", a licensed Property Manager will meet
with you at check-in to address any of your concerns or questions.
It is also added assurance to you that your stay will be as pleasant
as possible because you are working with a real estate professional
that lives on-island -- not an absentee owner.
