Beautifully landscaped grounds and heated pool. Front patio facing the beach with bar height pation chairs and a small drink table.
This is a ground floor unit on the corner, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans in living room & bedrooms, granite countertops and designer fixtures in kitchen and bath, living room & 1 bedroom has laminate flooring, 1 bedroom and kitchen/bath is tiled, mosaic tiles in the shower.
Queen bed in Master Bedroom and a Full Size bed in the second bedroom. 4 Barstools at kitchen counter as well as a table and 5 chairs in the 22ft long 2nd bedroom. Hair dryer, iron, pool towels provided and linens as well as bath towels. Paid parking for 1 car only. 2 flat screen tv's and 3rd tv in 2nd bedroom is for games and dvds only.
