This unit can be rented as a 1BR/1BA at a discounted rate.

After a day at the beach, come back to this spacious 2-bedroom,
2-bathroom fully furnished condominium with private lanai and ocean
view. Features include two color TVs with cable, local telephone,
washer and dryer, three air conditioners, three ceiling fans, and a
fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,
dishes, utensils, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the
second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a sleeper
sofa. The condo has two full bathrooms.

This unit has a "lockout" feature--you can rent as a 2BR/2BA, 1BR 1BA,
or just a studio (studio has only a mini-refrigerator--no cooking
facilities).

Reservation Information

Unit is non-smoking

Deposit of three nights lodging required to secure reservation and
must be received within 10 days of request to avoid automatic
cancellation.

All reservations subject to a non-refundable $35 fee.

All rates subject to tax (currently 11.417%).

Full pre-payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Fullpayment
for reservations from December 15th to January 1st due November 1st.

Four (4) night minimum.

Check-out cleaning included. Maid service available on request. Call
for specifics.

Check-in time 2:00 pm. Check-out time 11:00 am.


Cancellation Policy

For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100, cancellation
is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of
cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained.
Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space
can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
