Vacation Rental Description

This is a luxurious brand new villa/condominium complex, in the very  
desirable "La Posada" beachfront residential area of La Paz. The  
villa features high vaulted ceilings, two large bedrooms, and two  
large bathrooms each with it's own large walk-in shower. Each  
bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped  
including everything from a salad spinner to martini glasses. The  
villa is ideal for accomodating up to two couples and is located on  
the ground floor of the complex, providing easy access to the pool  
and jacuzzi. The Palapa with large barbecue, fridge, and outdoor  
bathroom is next to the pool and is ideal for outdoor dining and  
cocktails. All guests have access to the roof-top terrace and hot- 
tub located on the newly built tower. This location offers  
spectacular views of the bay. 
 
There is a large modern grocery store within walking distance from  
the complex. The Bay of La Paz is only steps away from the villa 
(approximately 200 feet)and is an ideal spot to relax on the beach  
or view La Paz's beautiful sunsets. The complex is a 3 minute drive  
to Marina de La Paz and the numerous restaurants  
in the marina district. An additional couple of minutes of driving  
will take you to the beginning of the Malecon, a seaside strip of  
restaurants and merchant shops.  
WHEN STAYING AT VILLAS LA POSADA A CAR IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS THE BEGINNING OF THE MALECON  
(RESTAURANTS & SHOPS) IS AT LEAST A 25 MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE.

This modern kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances;filtered  
water,ice maker,dishwasher,microwave,blender,coffee maker,  
utensils,and cooking and serving supplies. All sheets, pillows, and  
bathroom towels are provided. New patio furniture is  
also included(not seen in pictures).

Activities and Attractions

In addition to relaxing beside the pool and jacuzzi, one can venture  
out to explore the culture and history of this colonial city. For  
the more adventurous spirit take advantage of the many activities  
offered on the Sea of Cortez such as scuba diving, snorkelling, sea- 
kayaking, fishing, and whale watching. While in La Paz there are  
unique opportunities available such as swimming with the sea lions  
at Espiritu Santo. Espiritu Santo is an uninhabited island, that is  
recognized as a UNESCO bioshere reserve. Boat tours and excursions  
to the islands are provided by local tour companies located at the  
marinas. For night life, shopping, and more restaurants explore the  
Malecon.   
 
A 25 minute car ride outside the city will take you to some of the  
most pristine and secluded beaches that the Baja has to offer. These  
include: Balandra Bay, Playa El Tecelote, and Playa Pichilingue.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 1 - April 30                      $800.00/week $115/nt 
May 1 - November 30                   $770.00/week $110/nt 
December 1 - December 14,             $800.00/week $115/nt 
December 15 - December 31,            $150/nt (Christmas) 
 
 
Minimum 4 night bookings please. 
A 50% Deposit is required on booking the reservation. The balance is  
due 15 days prior to your arrival. Payments are accepted through  
Paypal.  
FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS (greater than 2 weeks/14 days) a cleaning  
service is required.  The cleaning service is a $50.00 USD fee which  
is collected in addition to the rental payment. The cleaning  
is provided during the middle of your visit and the exact date and  
time of your cleaning will be co-ordinated within 48 hours of your  
arrival. 
 
Cancellations: 50 % of Deposit will be refunded only upon the Villa  
being re-rented.
