You found it! Come & escape to our little getaway we call Palm Cove Cottage for some relaxing
Florida paradise to call your very own. Palm Cove is a gorgeous two bedroom, one bath private home
that is delightfully furnished with a tropical flair and the look of a model home. Open and spacious
floor plan offers an attractive living room with wall mounted Plasma television. Just off the
beautiful living room is a nice sun room with French doors that open out to a large screened lanai
where your brand new bubbly hot tub awaits to help you soak away all that stress! As you enjoy a
therapeutic soak in our new tub you will also be able to watch the sparkling blue waters of your own
private swimming pool just outside.

General:
Fresh towels & linens provided,central air-conditioning/heat, some paper & cleaning supplies
provided, Alarm-Clock, Ceiling-Fans, telephone, Plasma Screen Television, this is a totally
furnished home that is SO comfortable you will absolutely LOVE staying here!!!

Kitchen:
Coffee maker,toaster,stove, Stove-Top-Burners, cooking utensils, oven, refrigerator,ice maker,
Spices, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & board, hampers

Living Room:
Comfy seating for 5 people

Dining:
High top pub table with 3 stools, child's highchair dining area seating for 3 people

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower
Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Shower
Second bath is located in the laundry room.

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 4 people Bedroom 1 - 1 King
Bedroom 2 - 2 Double

Crib and high chair:
We do have a Graco Pack & Play crib for a wee one if needed upon request! We also have a twin size
air bed & child's cot only for a small child's use if needed

Hot Tub Jacuzzi is brand new and is just wonderful! You can take a hot tub in the screened lanai
under the stars amidst the tropical plants all around! This is HEAVEN!

Pool:
Beautiful pool has just been refinished and is crystal clear and so refreshing! There are loungers
for your relaxation, pool toys and a patio table with four chairs and an umbrella.

Palm Cove Cottage is located in an awesome location in a very prestigious neighborhood of St.
Petersburg. Cottage is steps to the bay and ONLY 5 minutes by car to nearby beautiful Gulf beaches
of Treasure Island and Madeira. Easy access to great shopping at nearby Tyrone Square Mall, Target,
Wal-Mart, Starbucks and Kohl's to name only a few plus a wonderful selection of nearby restaurants!
Travel time is 15 minutes to the Clearwater/St. Pete Airport, 30 mins to Tampa International Airport
and only 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg where lots more family fun awaits!

If you like to Kayak there is a place to put in just down the street!
