This waterfront home is centrally located in what is known as "The Golden Triangle" Tavares, Eustis  
and Mount Dora.  Leesburg is also close by. 
 
Tavares, Florida is an older type Florida town in central Florida with oak trees and hanging Spanish  
moss. 
 
Bring your boat!  This home is a nature and wildlife lover's paradise!  
 
The canal leads to Little Lake Harris and the Harris Chain of Lakes. The Harris Chain of Lakes cover  
thousands of acres and are connected together by canals and locks.  The lakes lead to the Saint  
John's River, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.   
 
A nature preserve is your view from the back of the house along with the canals which surround the  
entire development.   
 
Located approximately 45 minutes from Disney World, this area offers all of the activities the  
beautiful state of Florida has to offer, yet comfortably away from the crowds. 
 
Centrally located, approximately 1-1/2 hrs to spend a day on the Ocean Beach or in the opposite  
direction, a day Gulf side. 
 
*Area known for bass fishing and the “ Harris Chain of Lakes ”.
