Master has a King sized bed with pillow top mattress. Desk with
printer and TV.
Wireless internet is included in price

2nd Bedroom has queen bed with TV in room
3rd Bedroom has twin beds with TV in room

Living room has oversized sofa with 2 club chairs with ottomans. White
wicker rocker.
Black art deco bar and small white china cabinet. Stools at the bar
for extra guest. Table seats 6.

Beach chairs/umbrellas and bicycles available.

Kayaks available for experienced adults.
3 swimming pools,6 tennis courts,2 lighted,volleyball courts,
shuffleboard court.
This condo is located on the ocean with an additional 170 acres of
private nature preserve.
The community is called Mantanzas Shores and the condo is located in
Surf Club II on the eighth floor.
The property also includes a day dock for fishing and launching your
kayak. The famous "Pellicer Flats"
are within Kayaking distance.The Reds and Trout are in great abundance
for those who like to Kayak fish. "Princess Park"is the perfect Kayak
day trip for a picnic lunch.

Unlike most beaches on the east coast of Florida, our beach is
unique.The water is clear, the sand is white and the shelling on
certain tides is amazing. Children and adults love playing in the sand
or climbing in our rock pools depending on the tides. One thing for
sure you don't have to worry about a car hitting you. This is a
private beach and I believe the most unique and beautiful on the east
coast.

If you want to meet new friends be in time for sunset at the day dock
on the intercoastal side of the proerty.Friends and new friends meet
on the dock with wine and snacks to share while enjoying the amzazing
sunsets, dolphin and manatees.

We are 30 minutes to Daytona
20 minutes to St. Augustine and the outlet mall
1 1/2 hours to Orlando
5 minutes to Marineland.Its a great bike ride.(For $5 dollars you can
watch the dolphins all day) or for a special ocassion spend a little
more and swim with them. I did it and I will never forget the experience.

Sept-Oct-Nov $2200 per month
Dec-Jan-Feb $2300 per month
April - August $2500 per month

3 months or longer a special rate will apply

Cleaning Fees $125.
Fully Refundable Security Deposit with no damage: $900.00 (Will be
held in escrow account)
Local and State taxes are 10%
Pet Deposit to be determined
