This newly remodeled and newly furnished home is the perfect setting for that special occasion get-a-
way. Enjoy the majestic Mountain View from the covered deck or while relaxing in the hot tub just
outside the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king and master bath; the second bedroom has
twin beds with another tub/shower bath. On cool nights, there is a gas fireplace for warmth and
atmosphere; however, the home has central heat/air. The completely remodeled kitchen is state of
the art with corian countertops and all new appliances. The home is set back in the mountains but
you are able to go into Waynesville in 15 minutes. Although other homes surround you, the trees and
landscaping keep this home in a private setting.

If you would like your friends to join you on your get-a-way, Swiss Cheese is available. (There is
an additional charge for Swiss Cheese) Also newly remodeled and furnished, this is a complete
apartment downstairs from Swiss Cottage with it's own entrance, kitchen, washer/dryer, bath and its
own deck off the living quarters. This apartment has a full bed. You and your friends can be
together or separate - the best of both worlds. Enjoy the bubbling mountain spring from your deck
and/or hot tub.

Swiss Cottage is a two bedroom home on one level. Swiss Cheese is a one bedroom apartment on the
lower level. Both newly furnished, each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including coffee pot,
microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, toaster, and tableware. All linens are furnished. Each
have their own washer/dryer & iron/ironing board. All bedrooms have alarm clocks and each living
room has TV (Direct TV) with VCR/DVD. Swiss Cottage and Swiss Cheese each have their own phone.
For those 12 and over, we have a hot tub on the outside deck. (An additional cleaning fee and
signed release from inqury required) A charcoal grill is also provided for those who love the
grilling scene.

Many local attractions: Blue Ridge Parkway (entrance is 15 minutes from home), Smoky Mountain
National Park(view the elk), white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, tubing,
panning for gold, gem mining, miniature golf, snow skiing. Some of the best golf courses are
located in Haywood County. Maggie Valley is 20 minutes away. Maggie Valley has Carolina Nights
Dinner Theater, Wheels through Time (Harley Davidson Motorcycle), The Stomping Ground
(music/clogging), trout farms, fishing and Ghost Town. Waynesville's main street has some of the
best small town shopping around. You can also enjoy one of Waynesville's many street festivals held
throughout the season (May-Dec) Make time for Barber's apple orchard just minutes from the home -
the best apple pie and cake in the South (Open August thru December) Asheville is just a 30 minute
drive away where you can enjoy the Biltmore Estate and Farmer's Market or also 30 minutes away is
Dillsboro where you can ride the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad dinner train. Don't care to shop or
tour? - stay back, relax, and enjoy the serenity and peace of the beautiful mountains.

Regular Rates:

Swiss Cottage: $950.00 per week
Swiss Cheese: $450.00 per week (only available along with Swiss Cottage)

Holiday Rates: (New Years, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving &
Christmas) Also includes October 1-November 4)

Swiss Cottage: $1,200 per week
Swiss Cheese: $ 600 per week (only available along with Swiss Cottage)
(All prices are subject to 4% local accommodations tax and 6.75% state tax)

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $250.00 is required to hold reservation. Reservation is
not guaranteed until deposit is received. Deposit is refunded within seven (7) days from checkout
date upon a satisfactory inspection of the home.

Payment in full for rental is due two (2) weeks prior to rental date. We accept personal checks,
cashiers checks or money orders.

Cancellation Policy: All prepaid security deposit and/or prepaid rent monies are refundable should
your reservation be cancelled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If reservation is
cancelled during the 30 days prior to your arrival date, the security deposit is forfeited.

Maximum guests sleeping over: Four (4) for Swiss Cottage; Two (2) for Swiss Cheese

Cleaning: A fee of $100.00 for Swiss Cottage and $75.00 for Swiss Cheese.
Hot tub cleaning fee: $50.00

Non-Smoking Policy: Swiss Cottage & Swiss Cheese are smoke free. Please do not smoke in the home
or toss cigarettes into the woods

Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Check-in is 4:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am. Sometimes early check-in and/or late check-out may be
available depending on the arrival/departure of other guests. (Ask in advance of your stay) Please
respect these times. Our home requires thorough cleaning before new guests arrive.
