Enjoy the privacy and serenity of this prime location in Occidental, a central hub to West Sonoma
County vacation destinations. The house is spacious and located along a ridge within a beautiful
redwood forest. It is a secluded yet sunny spot from which which deer, turkeys, foxes, hummingbirds,
woodpeckers, California quail, jack rabbits, and other assorted wildlife can be seen at various
times of the year. Several hiking trails are accessible from the house which is on a scenic country
road. The area is a popular one for bicycling. The beauty of Rhododenrons, bromeliads, ferns,
huckleberry and other foliage abounds on the nearly two acre property. A fenced grassy area adjoins
the back deck. Large redwoods can be explored in the forest all around the property, and several old-
growth forest areas are within minutes from the home. Downstairs: Three rooms are currently set up
for bedrooms (two queen, one twin bed), and one as an office/activity room. Main level: Kitchen,
dining and living area.

This home is completely furnished. Equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, crock pot,
blender, coffee maker, roasting pan, dishwasher, linens, blankets, pillows, towels for six people.
TV/VCR/DVD/AM/FM, barbeque on side deck.
Internet and free long distance US and Canada.

Pets allowed with prior permission and a $75 fee per pet.
