This exceptionally comfortable and quiet vacation condo is situated
directly across the street from Heavenly Ski Resort. The slopes can be
seen
from the back deck and a community hot tub is available for your
convenience.

The condo sleeps 6 people and has all the modern comforts that you
will need for your stay. Linens are provided as well as a washer and
dryer, a fully stocked kitchen,
and a cleaning service when you leave.

This cabin like condo was created to make your stay comfortable and

available, and most importantly make yourself at home.

Activities and Attractions


300 feet to the ski slopes gives you access to the Heavenly Tram and
Gunbarrel lifts.
Hiking and Mountain Biking Trails are only 2 blocks away. New for this
year is the largest vertical drop Zip line in the upper 48 states.
The Zip line is available all year long by using the Heavenly tram.
Restaurants and gas are
all within 1 mile.

Casino's And Nightlife

Downtown Lake Tahoe is less than 2 miles away and a Shuttle can
be obtained for $1 on Keller Road just
steps out the front door. Shuttle leaves every 15 minutes for your
convenience.
Downtown Lake Tahoe is also known for it's shows, gaming, and five
star restaurants.

Winter Season: Heavenly is known for being number 7 out of 10 on the
all time list of best ski
resorts. They offer snowboarding, downhill and cross country skiing.
Ice Skating can be done down in
the village and snowmobiling is available 7 miles away on highway 50.

Summer Season:If you want a quiet get away for the summer this is it!
A community hot tub is
available along with hiking and biking trails within blocks of the
condo. Lake Tahoe itself (which
is only 1 mile away offers boating, water sports, and a variety of
water activities. The casinos
are less than 2 miles away and is very convenient from the condo if
you take pioneer trail. This
road helps you avoid traffic congestion on Highway 50.
