Rehoboth Bay Cottage - Indian Beach in Dewey Beach

Now taking reservations for 2012 season.

Three bedroom, 2 bath cottage next to the shore of Rehoboth Bay in a private, family, residential neighborhood; sleeps 4-7, including children. This property is perfect for families with children and/ or grandparents or older couples.  Open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen w/bar.  Living room has cable TV w/DVD.  Two bedrooms (queen and 2 twins) and a bathroom adjoin this area. Full kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, coffee pot, toaster, etc.  The family room w/cable TV and DVD, third bedroom (queen) and second bathroom w/shower plus a small galley kitchen w/under-counter fridge, microwave and coffee maker make up the suite portion of the cottage. The suite is located on the other side of the kitchen past the laundry room (washer & dryer). The suite is perfect for those early risers who don't want to disturb the rest of the household or those who want a bit more privacy away from the rest of the family.  A twin roll-away bed (provided) can be set up in the family room, if necessary.  The cottage is stocked with a large assortment of good beach reads. 

Porch with bay views and sunsets comes complete with outside table, chairs and umbrella. Patio with garden view has a picnic table and gas grill. There is also an outside shower,  a storage shed for beach gear and bikes and a clothes line to hang wet beach towels and swim suits.  Off-street parking for 3 cars.

During the off-season (May 5 - June 23), there is an option to rent the cottage minus the suite to accommodate a maximum of 4 at a reduced rate, contact owner for more information.

Private access to Rehoboth Bay with shallow mooring (walk to shore) for small sailboat, rowboat or motorboat less than 15 feet.  Kayaks can be launched off the beach.  Perfect for kayaking, windsurfing, crabbing, fishing or just going to the beach.  Block and a half walk to the Atlantic Ocean (public access) - cross Highway One at traffic light on Collins Street.  Short walk to many area restaurants. Three block walk to the Bay Center complex where you can catch The Jolley Trolley for rides into Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk without having to drive and worry about finding a parking space.

Closest airport (1 hour) is Salisbury-Wicomico Regional Airport with service provided by USAirways connecting thru Philadelphia or Charlotte.

Ocean, beach, boardwalk, crabbing/fishing, kayaking, biking, jogging, great restaurants, outlet malls, etc...

During the season(June 16 -September 8) we rent by the week - Saturday to Saturday; i.e. no weekends or partial weeks.
NO PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS) - NO SMOKING
NO high school/college group rentals; family residential neighborhood.
