Fifteen minutes from charming Damariscotta. 1/2 to 1 hour to Boothbay, Rockland (ferries to North
Haven and Vinalhaven, Farnsworth Museum), Camden, Wyeth country, etc.

Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave) and separate dining room. Two bedrooms with double
beds, two with twin beds. All linens and towels supplied except beach towels. Washer and dryer.
Weber charcoal grill. Beautiful new deep water dock. Ample parking.

May: $1300 per week
June: $1400 per week
July: $1500 per week
August: $1500 per week
September: $1400 per week
October: $1300 per week

Week rental runs Saturday through Saturday. Check out is 10 am. Check in is 4 pm. Occasional
accomodations may be made.

No pets. No smoking.

Security deposit: $400

1/2 rental fee due at time of reservation. Refundable less $250 per week up to 30 days in advance
of rental. Non-refundable within 30 days of rental.

Balance of rent and security deposit due 2 weeks prior to beginning of rental.
