breeze over the 2 story clerestory bay windows and hardwood floors.

First Level:open white marble kitchen with 1950's vintage stove,
(DW, subzero frig, marble counters and barstools) opens to an area
with classic white slip covered sofa bed, leather club chair, HD TV.
(additional aero blow up bed is available)
Second Level: main living room/dining room with ocean views and
soaring 2 story ceilings, french doors to ocean view balcony(overlooks
the Venice Boardwalk. White slip covered couches and Bertoia chairs
and long antique dining table make up this space.
Third Level: open bedroom with king size bed, luxury linens, down
pillows and comforters, HD TV, white tiled bathroom with clawfoot
bath tub and step in shower.
Brick courtyard between Main House and Guest House has an outdoor
fireplace and bbq.

WIFI,Cable TV with all premium channels.
HD TV on first level and in bedroom.
Washer/dryer in garage.
Hot water outdoor beach shower in the yard. Beach bikes, boogie
boards, beach towels and chairs available.

20 steps to experience the Venice Beach Boardwalk and sand. Surfing,
bike riding, people watching.
1 block to Venice/Santa Monica Main Street shops, restaurants, yoga &
pilate studios and gyms. Close to chic Abbot Kinney Blvd with electic
shopping and dining. Blocks from the Santa Monica Pier and Third
Street Promenade. Basketball and tennis courts just blocks away.

500.00/day 3500.00/week
Monthly rentals available. Minimum rental is one week. Additional days
will be prorated. Guest House and
Main House may be rented simultaneously for a discounted rate.
$1000.00 security deposit required. Rate includes once weekly cleaning
services & linen changes.
