Vacation Rental Rates 
May Through December:  availability varies please contact us 
January & April:      $6000 monthly/ weekly negotiable 
February & March:     $8000 Monthly only 
 
Discounts available for long term booking 
 
Non refundable cleaning fee of $200 
Small pets negotiable/No smokers 
 
Security Deposit of $2000 is due with your Reservation, $500 applicable to rental payment at start  
of reservation period.  $1500 held until the last of of rental period and released to you upon  
inspection of the home. Because this is such a beautiful new home, we want to be certain that it is  
cared for as you would care for your own home. 
 
Required taxes of 11% will be added only to rental costs. 
 
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to  
arrival 
 
Total Payment due 30 days prior to check-in 
  
Will consider small dogs ($300 deposit) 
 
All rates are subject to Change without Notice Until Confirmed
