vacation rental rates
A minimum of thirty days is required. A $500 Security Deposit is due upon booking. A $100 Cleaning charge is subtracted from the Security Deposit. If you have a small pet a pet deposit is required.
Rates vary by the season. For June, July and August $3800 per month. For
