Come be engulfed by nature in this quiet, private Florida home
located in a Bird Sanctuary. Very quiet setting for relaxing,
birdwatching, and sunbathing. Our three bedroom home will easily
accomodate a family of eight, but it is also perfect for couples
traveling together with a split bedroom plan, or as a romantic and
extra-spacious getaway for two.
This is your 1900 square foot, air-conditioned/heated home away
from home with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with upgraded
appliances including a refrigerator with ice/water door dispenser,
ceramic flat top stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, linens
and towels. There is a dinette set for dining in the kitchen and
also a full-size dining room with a leaf and seating for 6. The
great room has high cathedral ceilings with cable TV, DVD & VCR
player and telephone. The master suite has a queen size bed with a
large soaking tub and a separate shower. It also has cable TV. The
other 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home for
privacy and there is a double bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in
the 3rd bedroom. There is a screened in patio with comfy chairs and
table. The back yard is a park-like setting with Old Florida Oak
Trees, Orange Tree, Grapefruit Tree, Birds of Paradise and lush
tropical foliage. It is fully fenced for ultimate privacy. There
is a 3 person canopy porch swing that is perfect for enjoying a good
book in the warm sunshine or just relaxing on with a warm romantic
breeze.

Everything is included, just bring your clothes and some groceries.
All linens are provided as well as beach chairs and beach towels if
you want to spend the day at the beach at Pine Island, or at Rogers
Park (only 15 minutes away).
