Fully furnished townhome in Central Phoenix is the perfect place to
escape and explore Phoenix! Less than 5 miles from Sky Harbor Airport
it is exceptionally easy to find. Downstairs a french patio door and
large picture window let in natural light while the tile keeps it
cool. Breakfast for two is just as comfortable as a family dinner for
16 in the large dining area. Upstairs the three bedrooms are much
larger than newly constructed homes; my family enjoys having the room
to keep their suitcases out without tripping over them or having to
constantly pick up their bedrooms just to walk around. The master
bedroom has a walk in closet, private bathroom, and vanity. The other
two bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs; there is a water closet
to use downstairs too. Private back patio has a mature orange tree and
15 other species of plant that ensure something is flowering year round.

Once here you will find yourself in the middle of everything Phoenix
has to offer. Within walking
distance of a grocery, local restaurants and park. The park often
times has pick up soccer games and
perfect for a shaded picnic (picnic basket for two in dining room).

For shopping: A very short drive away is Biltmore Fashion Park and
Camelback Colonnade. A little
farther away is Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale.
Keirland Commons, Desert Ridge,
Arizona Mills, Chandler Fashion Square, and Tempe Marketplace are all
within 15 minutes drive.

For excercise: Camelback Mountain, seen from the master bedroom, is
perfect for hiking, mountain
biking, or horse back riding. Dreamy Draw, Papago Park, and Piestwa
Peak are great for those things too, just five more minutes drive.
Tempe Town Lake is just 15 minutes away with row and peddle boats to
rent. LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness are less than 5 minutes away, as
well as many small yoga studios. Several public, private, and club
golf courses are within 15 minutes. Lake Pleasant and Saguaro Lake are
great for fishing or water sports and just outside of Phoenix. Many
enjoy tubing down the Salt River too.

For dining: It is my friends and family opinion that there is no
better location for fantastic local
dining. In addition to traditional southwest fare, there is authtentic
Cuban, Italian, French,
Japanese cuisine. A list and map of locally owned restaurants can be
provided on request. When your
taste buds want to know what to expect, there are a smattering of
chain restaurants nearby too.

For sports spectating: Smack dab in the middle of all the Spring
Training stadiums, the closest one
is the Giants just 10 minutes away. US Airways Arena, Chase Field, Sun
Devil Stadium, and Tempe
Diablo Stadium are that close as well. University of Phoenix Stadium,
Phoenix International Raceway,
and Firebird International Sports Complex are 30 minutes away.

For entertainment: There are movie theaters in all the shopping
centers listed. Barrett Jackson,
Phoenix Zoo, Arabian horse show, Indian casinos, Phoenix Art Museum,
Science Museum, Phoenician and
Biltmore spas. Many options for nightlife include clubs in Tempe, $15
taxi ride to Old Town
Scottsdale, north Scottsdale, or even local bars within walking distance.
