Come and relax on the quiet side of Ocean City. Rent this waterfront condo only one block from the
beach. Sit on the back screened-in porch and watch the most incredible sunet every night,
with your clear open view of the bay. Sit on the front porch and see the Ocean City skyline.

Far enough off the main highway where it's quiet and peaceful, but yet only one block from the
beach. Crossing the street is easy because there's an intersection with a stop light and cross walk
along with a paved path to the beach. There is also a bus stop on that corner as well.

At the beach there are two large hotels/condos that provide all services such as a snack bar, beach
bar, beach rentals, live music and bathrooms. It's very convenient to make your day at the beach
comfortable.

Located on 104th street on the bay, you are a quick walk to 2 malls, 2 major grocery stores,
restaurants and other activities. Swim in one of Ocean City's largest pools.

This condo has been remodeled with new beautiful furnishings and central air. Two queen sized beds,
one queen size sleeper sofa with comfortable mattress, two full baths, large screened in porch with
a dining table and rocking chairs. Two televisions, 2 DVD players and a VCR. Cable TV, telephone,
washer, dryer and dishwasher.

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glasses, utentils, toaster, blender,
microwave,and coffeemaker. The beds have pillows, blankets and bedspreads but you are required, as
with most condos, to bring your own sheets, towels and extra pillows. The condo is thoroughly
cleaned by a maid service before and after your check out.

Ocean City offers just about every activity you can imagine. All activities are a very close drive
from the condo. For swimming, there's the beach and the extra large pool with plenty of lounge
chairs and tables. For the kids, there's the boardwalk, pleny of miniture golf courses,
waterslides, and amusement parks.

For adults, Ocean City has a number of top notch restaurants, casual eating places, nightclubs and
pubs. There is one outlet shopping center 15 mintues away, and a large 140 store outlet shopping
area in Rehobeth Delaware about 30 minutes away. For the golfer, there are dozens of courses to
choose from. You can also rent jetskis, boats and sign up for a fishing charter to see Ocean City by
water.
