The Southeaster is a family friendly complex located on the "car-free" beach. The Southeaster has just undergone a three million dollar renovation. The complex has 2 large pools (1 heated year round by gas and solar), 2 kiddie pools, and beautiful new landscaping with landscape lighting which creates an elegant "resort like feel" at night. There are two lighted tennis courts, shuffle board courts, a large recreation room that has wireless internet and a large grassy area beyond the pools. Fun, sun, the beach, world class fishing, golf and nearby Orlando and Kennedy Space Center attractions await you and your family!
