St. Maarten #604 is a beautiful, luxuriously equipped, 3 bedroom, 3 bath NON-smoking condo that sleeps 6. There is a King bed in the Master Suite, a Queen bedroom with bath, and a Twin bedroom. There are flat panel, high-definition TVs in the living area and all 3 bedrooms and wireless, high-speed internet for work or surfing the internet instead of the ocean! But what sets this unit apart (other than the relaxing patio directly on the ocean) is the gorgeous coastal decor... simple, and casual, but sophisticated in colors of the water, the sand, the sky, and the sun. Not heavy or pretentious but EXQUISITE non the less!

Relax in one of 3 swimming pools... two outdoor pools and a heated, inside pool; or choose to soak in
one of 2 hot-tubs, one inside and another outside near one of the pools. A beautifully furnished
meeting room and a recreation room with 2 billiard tables are available for your use. You won't have
to miss your workouts with the well-equipped exercise room with machines and free weights and
separate male and female saunas.
You will also have use of a reserved, covered, secure parking space in the parking garage on the
ground level and a garage door opener for convenient entry and exit.

Daytona is only a 40 minute drive from Orlando, on I-4, home of Sea World, Walt Disney World,
Universal Studios and many others.
The space coast in Titusville - Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center on Cape Canaveral, are a
convenient drive 30-45 minutes South on I-95.
There is a huge selection of restaurant choices very near your beach condo at St. Maarten #604 should you choose to not eat in!
Parasail in the ocean, go deep sea fishing, rent 4-wheelers to ride on the beach, visit the
lighthouse at Ponce Inlet 8 miles down the beach, or go shopping.
There are also numerous golf courses in the area, not to mention the most famous attraction in
Daytona Beach (other than the beach!), the Daytona International Speedway.
The Nation's Oldest City, St. Augustine, FL, is a short trip north of Daytona Beach, 1 hour up I-95.
You can also take a scenic route via either U.S. 1 or A1A.
