Low season (October 1 - February 28):  $295 per week night, $395 per weekend night

High season (March 1 - September 30): $395 per week night, $495 per weekend night

Holiday weeks: $495 night, $2795 per week

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel, we'll make every attempt to rent those dates to other guests.   Our cancellation fee is $300 and is applied to all cancellations in addition to the policy below.

Notice of cancellation given (before 1st day of reservation):

60 days or more: refund of 100% minus $300 fee for cancellations
31-59 days: refund of 75% of deposited amount minus $300 cancellation fee;
30 days or less: refund of 50% of deposited amount minus $300 cancellation fee;

Other fees:  8% occupancy tax, $225 cleaning fee, and a $1000 REFUNDABLE damage security deposit are due 45 days before start of rental.
