Reservation Policy

More than 90 days prior to arrival:  Half the total per night or weekly rental amount is due to reserve the property.

90 days prior to arrival:  2nd half of the total per night or weekly rental amount is due.

30 days prior to arrival: Occupancy tax, cleaning fee and REFUNDABLE damage deposit are due .

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 10% of monies paid (90% will be refunded). Cancellations made between 61-89 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 25% of monies paid (75% will be refunded). Cancellations made 60 days or less of the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid unless the house is rented to another guest. In the event the house is rented during the cancelled nights to other guests, monies paid will be refunded for the nights rented to other guests less a 10% penalty per night.
