Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Bonefish Landing, where you will find Nature and Convenience on our island of Big Pine  
Key!  
 
We're located in the Lower Keys, Big Pine Key, Florida USA. (Key West 30 miles, Marathon 15 miles) 
 
Our home accomodates 6-8 and has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, Florida Room. Home is on Canal with Dock and  
Davits and has quick access to Gulf and Ocean via Bogie Channel and Spanish Channel!  
 
You will enjoy views and breezes from the Florida room overlooking canal front, where you will  
occasionally enjoy great viewings of wildlife such as "Margie" the great white heron or the famous  
Key Deer, blue herons and spoonbills! Go Birdwatching and nature watching! 
 
Enjoy what Big Pine key has to offer. BPK offers many amenities listed here, as well as the world  
renowned Looe Key Reef, where you will enjoy snorkeling and diving. If you don't have your own boat,  
there are plenty of boat rental businesses around for your rental needs, such as the Old Wooden  
Bridge fish camp, minutes from your door, where you can rent or launch your own boat and then dock  
it in your own back yard. The Old Wooden Bridge also offers fuel, bait, and tackle. Big Pine Key  
also has within minutes, one of the best beaches around. Voted amongst the top beaches in the USA!  
Bahia-Honda State Park. It's only a 10 minute boat ride or car ride from your vacation home! Go  
beach combing, diving and snorkeling! 
 
We can not fail to mention that Big Pine is one of the best Bonefishing and Tarpon fishing spots in  
the Keys! The famous 7-mile bridge, Bahia Honda Bridge and No Name Bridges are the hot spots for  
these fish! You can walk to the No-Name bridge from your vacation Home! Other fish including  
snapper, dolphin or Mahi, hogfish, grouper are waiting for you. Go Fishing! 
 
Nature lovers can enjoy walks and bike rides on paths provided to visit the Blue-Hole, where you  
will enjoy such wildlife as birds, fish, alligators, turtles, key deer and spoonbills! Try out the  
Kayaks for a tour around No-Name Key or the other Islands! (Kakaks provided..ask for details). Go  
Walking, biking and Kayaking!  
 
No Name bridge is just a hop, skip and a jump away from your vacation home, where you will enjoy  
looking into the sprarkling clear water at sting rays, shark, tarpon, bonefish, and other great sea  
creatures! Enjoy a nice stroll to the bridge and stop by the famous No Name Pub for a pizza and  
wings with the locals! You won't have any trouble "finding it" from your vacation home on Minorca!  
Other local restaurants are close by such as the  Big Pine Restaurant, wehre you can enjoy  
breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices including their chef specials which I believe are  
top  notch! Other well  known restaurants are the Square Grouper and the new Kingston's Clam bar  
where you will enjoy Lunch and dinner and the use of their pool! Go Dining!  
 
Your home will be conveniently minutes away from the grocery store, drug store, clothing and gift  
stores and the Co-op Art Gallery where you will find local art and gifts. Go Shopping! 
 
Marathon and Key West both have airports and are 30 and 40 minutes away. Try bi-Plane rides and look  
at the Keys from the  Blue Skies! Go Flying! 
 
You can enjoy the night life in Key West and come home to your peaceful oasis on Big Pine Key. Go to  
SLEEP! 
 
If you're vacation during the Lobster Season (Mini Season last Wed, Thr. July) and regualar season  
Aug-March) you will definately have to go snorkeling or diving just off shore or by your boat.

Vacation Rental Rates

December-August $4,000 per month 
Sept-November   $3,000 per month 
 
Rentals less than 6 months subject to 11.5% tax (7.5% sales tax, 4% county bed tax) Rates based on 1- 
2 month stay. Discount rates may apply for longer stays.  
 
Pets considered with  $150.00 non-refundable deposit.  
$200. Exit Cleaning Fee required. 
$500 Security Fee
