Privately Owned- This home is family owned and we use it several times throughout the year for our own vacations. This means that it is routinely maintained and is exceptionally clean, opposed to other homes which are rarely visited by their owners or owned by investors.  The home is fully licensed, so is inspected yearly and conforms to all current rental dwelling codes and safety requirements. 

Local Property Manager- provides weekly lawn service, pool service, pest control, etc. and is on-call 24 hrs a day, at no extra cost to the guest.
