LOADED WITH EXTRA FEATURES- Broadband internet connection for your computer, 27" TV w/DVD player/VCR

PRIVATELY OWNED- This home is privately owned and we use it several times throughout the year for our  
own vacations. This means that it is routinely maintained and is exceptionally clean, opposed to  
other homes that are rarely visited by their owners or owned by Corporations. The home is fully  
licensed, so is inspected yearly and conforms to all current rental dwelling codes and safety  
requirements. 
 
LOCAL PROPERTY MANAGER- provides weekly lawn service, pool service, pest control, etc. and is on-call  
24 hrs a day, at no extra cost to the guest.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-Feb & Sept-Dec: $89 per night, ($704 per week including tax) 
Mar-May: $99 per night, ($783 per week including tax) 
June-August: $109 per night, ($862 per week including tax) 
Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas- inquire for rates 
 
Pool Heat available for an additional $175 per week 
If less than 7 night stay, add $75 house cleaning fee 
Credit cards accepted via PayPal with a 3% fee 
$250 Security deposit is required for all rentals 
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 5 NIGHTS
