METHODS OF PAYMENT: Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders are accepted forms of payment. Pay Pal available for credit card users, for a small  fee. Rates are quoted in US Dollar.
Damage deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $350. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $700. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $1,000 fee unless your booked time if filled by another guest prior to your booked date, then there is no charge. Until confirmed and paid, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservation not confirmed until monies are received.

Rates from March 1st through September 1st are as follows: Monday-Thursday $425 per night, Friday-Sunday $450 per night, $1800 per week, $4,500 per month.

Rates from September 1st through February 28th are as follows: Monday-Thursday $350 per night, Friday- Sunday $400 per night, $1600 per week, $3500 per month. Call for Holiday Rates.

This rate applies to up to 8 guests. There is a small additional fee for more than 8 guests, please inquire with Havasu Joe.

$150 cleaning fee applied to all rentals.

$1,000 refundable damage deposit returned within a week if there is no damage.

Extra fee to heat the pool.

Special rates apply on Holidays and special events. Fourth night free does not apply to Holiday weekends.
