FREE Wireless broadband internet access! Transportation and personalized shopping may be included  
for a nominal charge. Daily continental breakfast, wake-up calls, and light housekeeping are  
included as requested. Home provides supreme comfort for your most exquisite stay, and can be  
tailored to meet your needs. 
 
Please contact owner for additional information and special deals – serious inquiries only. Credit  
check and approval is required, as well as a signed contract. At the time of booking your stay,  
fifty percent (50%) of the rent is needed to hold the property and is non-refundable. The balance of  
the rent is due thirty (30) days prior to the occupancy date. Reservations can be cancelled, however  
no refund is provided unless home is rebooked for the same travel dates. Payment and security  
deposit (20% of total rent) is required prior to occupancy. Security deposit is fully refundable  
after final inspection of property. Any unauthorized pets will result in loss of the security  
deposit plus any damages. 
 
Rates: 
$1500-$6000/month (costs decrease for longer length of stays). 
Extra Week Rate: $1500/week, $345/night. 
Rates are for up to 10 people.  
Long term renters are welcome.
