remodeled and sleeps 7 comfortably. Enjoy the nice yard from the large brazillian hardwood/bronze
glass deck. It has a "camp like" feel to it, yet walking distance to the Rio Del Mar state beach!
This home is a Great getaway for families, entertaining, or romantic retreats.

First bedroom is an open floor plan and has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), 1 closet, a 6 drawer chest, and a door leading to the outside.
Second bedroom has 1 queen size bed, 1 smaller closet, a 4 drawer chest, and a door leading to the outside.
Sofa sleeper in the living room is a double bed.
Linens provided.
42" flat screen TV, cable, WIFI, DVD.
Living room has a sofa, a swivel chair, a super comfortable lounge chair, 2 high back chairs
and a corner game table (games included).
Beautiful travertine stone bathroom.
BBQ on deck. Patio table and chairs seats 6, plus a patio couch to seat 2, Two large patio chairs
and a small coffee table.
Backyard meets the Aptos creek, which flows into Seacliff beach.
