approximatly 1200 sq ft of
professionally decorated living space.
The large kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to
prepare a simple meal or large party.
There is a pub table as well as a large breakfast bar and all new GE
appliances.
There are two bedrooms available. The master suite has a king size
bed, walk-in closet and master
bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a HD 19" TV with remote.
The second bedroom is furnished
with contempary furniture, queen size bed and large full length
closet.
A large open living and dining room combination with all marble top
tables and is perfect for
entertaining. The entertainment center has a 42" HDTV and DVD player.
The dining area has a table
that will seat six comfortablly.
Price include all utilities,cable, and phone. Long distance calls
will require a calling card. The villa is also equipped with WiFI for
all your computer needs. There is also a new washer/dryer available.
All linens and towels will be furnished as well as a vacuum
cleaner, iron, and ironing board. You will love enjoying your morning
coffee on the furnished lanai.

A Golf Cart is available with all rentals. Come join the Villages
lifestyle. You will
have access to free golf at all the executive golf coarses and enjoy
golfing at the country club
courses for a minimal fee. You will have access to pools, recreation
centers and nightly free
entertainment at 2 beautiful town squares 365 days a year.
****Optional temporary resident identification cards (for two) are
available for $50.00. These will
be good for the length of your stay and are payable to the

You can enjoy anything from a to z. There are all sorts of clubs and
activities to participate in if
you choose. You are centrally located and close to all the Orlando
attractions. The beach is a short
drive away for either coast.

January thru March $2,900/ month
April, and October thru December $1,900 / month
May thru September $1,400 / month
( Golf Cart is furnished for all monthly rentals )
Weekly rates vary from $500 to $700.00 per week depending on
the season and availibity
We require a $500 ( monthly ) and $200 ( weekly ) security deposit
which is due 10 days from the
time of the reservation. Rent is due 45 ( forty five ) days prior to
arrival date. Security deposit
will be promptly refunded after inspection of the home. A $200 (
monthly ) and $100 ( weekly )
administration fee will be charged for all cancellations. A $75
cleaning fee is required for all
rents.
All rates are subject to a 9% Florida Sales and Usage Tax.
