exterior fool you, this mountain retreat has every convenience you will desire. Nap on the over-sized  
sofa in front of the gas log fireplace.  Prepare romantic dinners in the cozy, contemporary kitchen.  
Fall asleep in the well-appointed master bedroom complete with antique furniture. Browse through a  
collection of brochures great for planning the day's adventures. Looking to stay in and play?

Lake Lure Beach - 1.7 miles from cabin 
Discover the beauty and charm of Lake Lure, with Lake Lure Tours, on a covered tour boat, which your  
skipper guides you past local attractions and landmarks, such as the locations used in filming the  
movie, Dirty Dancing.  For the more adventurous at heart, Lake Lure Marina also offers both motorized  
and non-motorized boat rentals.  If a day at the beach is more your speed, consider visiting Lake  
Lure Beach and Water Works.  Relax under the sun, float on the water, build sand castles with your  
children, or picnic with friends and family. These are just a few of the simple pleasures of the  
Beach at Lake Lure. For a soaking good time visit our water park, a place which brings out the child  
in all of us. Soaking games, a water slide, water cannons and the water wars make the water park wet  
fun. 
 
Chimney Rock - 2.3 miles from cabin 
Take a deep breath of refreshing mountain air, become invigorated by their all ages hiking trails,  
and let your cares fade away in the cool mists of the 404 foot waterfall of Hickory Nut Falls.  
Directly outside Chimney Rock Park is Chimney Rock Village, where you will go back in history to a  
time before shopping malls and fast food franchises.   
 
Other Area Attractions 
Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estates, Asheville, Hendersonville, and Black Mountain are all located  
within approximately 30 minutes.

Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly cabin, we ask that you pick up after your pets, keep pets off the  
furniture, and keep pets leashed while you are outside.
