Beautiful, North Carolina, Mountain Log Cabin in Cashiers

Our log home was custom built with care by top-notch professionals, family and friends. Hard work
was put into The Maynes' Mountain Retreat for our enjoyment as well as yours. The cabin was
designed to be convenient, modern and comforable while retaining the rustic nature of a mountain
hunting lodge.
Sequestered on two private acres, the Maynes' Mountain Retreat is perched at 4000 feet, blasted from
the slopes of Hogback Mountain, enjoys a peaceful atmosphere with winter mountain views.
A fire in the stone firplace, music by the Katydids are favorites to be enjoyed from the large
rocking chairs on the wrap-around deck. As our guest you will have the use of all of the many
Sapphire Valley Resort amenities.
Decorated with lodge style flair, the cabin is well appointed - both open and cozy. The main level
has a king suite with jetted tub, queen suite, cozy living room with fireplace, large dining room,
fully equipped kitchen. The lower level has a king suite, media room, wet bar, computer/office
area, laundry room, two car garage. The loft has bunk beds, two single (sleeps four). All
bedrooms, media room and living room have cable TV's (DVD, VCR). There are books and games for
enjoyment.

$300 per night (3 night minimum)
$1400 per week off peak     $1600 per week peak season

$4000 month off peak          $5500 month peak season
$200 cleaning fee
$250 refundable damage/reservation deposit (refunded after cleaning inspection)
$100 pet fee (only ewll-behaved dogs allowed, under 30 pounds, no refund)
25% deposit required with signed contract for reservation (255 of total due)
Total amount due 14 days prior to check-in, mailed to specified address
total to include: weekly/nightly rental, cleaning, pet fee (if applicable) & deposit
