suXanadu: a unique family retreat in Manhattan Beach

 SuXanadu is now renting the first floor of this award winning home designed for family vacations. Built in 1994 and designed by Antoine Predock, winner of the AIA Gold Medal in 2006, as the home and business of designer/developer and long time resident of Manhattan Beach, Susannah R.

The first floor's great room has  large open kitchen,where several cooks can work together preparing gourmet meals. The dining area classic design table seats eight. The room opens to the garden, yard and heated pool. At the end of the 40 foot room is the living room area with modular couches, entertainment center and wood burning fireplace. lYou can choose modular wine colored sofa OR a modular couches that open into twin beds, (See photo) Two bedrooms with queen sized beds and two baths with large showers (no tubs) are also part of this 1600 sq foot beach rental. Bedroom # 1 has a private bath and outdoor patio. bedroom #2 perfect for 2nd couple of kids has a   queen bed and sitting area, big enough for an additional bed.

Space One: Rent the 2 bedroom, two bath 1600 sq ft first floor "condo" with private yard, patio, pool and 40 ft great room with full kitchen.

Weekly rate $2000 plus $150 for cleaning fee, heated pool fee $25 a day, 10% Manhattan Beach Tax and $1000 refundable security fee.

 Plenty of parking but no garage.

$6000 for first floor to $8,000 per month
