Mountain range. This non-smoking 3 bedroom (2 queen-sized beds and
2 full sized Sleep by Number beds in loft), 3 full bath home boasts
an open floor plan on the main level including a living room and
stack stone fireplace, dining room and kitchen for inclusive
entertaining. Retire to the finished lower level to play cards on
the game table or start an air hockey tournament while watching the
game on the 52 inch big screen TV.
Enjoy the quiet serenity of nature atop the peak or take a short
walk to the bottom of the ridge to fish the Hiwassee River, picnic
at the covered pavilion, watch the otters play and the ducks float
by or bring a blanket and relax with a book on the rivers edge.

1. Our home is comfortable for 6 people. It offers a fully equipped
   kitchen and laundry area, including all appliances that match the
   convenience of your own home. The 3 bathrooms come with towels to
   accommodate 8 people. A hairdryer is also available. All beds come
   with linens and extra pillows. The lower level has a queen sized
   sleeper sofa and linens where pillows are also available. Also in
   the lower level, a relaxing area with a 52 inch screen TV with
   Cable, DVD/VCR, air hockey and game/card table with poker set up. The
   main level bedroom as well as the loft level bedroom offers a TV
   with cable hookup. Relax in the living room overlooking one of
   Murphy's finest views while enjoying the gas stack stone
   fireplace. Grill your favorite foods on the gas grill and enjoy the
   view by eating outdoors on the picnic table. Finally you can retire
   outside and just "rock" away the evening in the rocking chairs

Within a short distance of the cabin, there are many fascinating and
enjoyable places of interest. For those inclined towards outdoor
activities, there are: Numerous lakes and rivers for boating,
fishing, swimming, white water rafting, floating and other aquatic
pastimes.
Several national forest and state parks for hiking, picnicking,
sight-seeing, many water falls and mountain biking. A number of
other attractions,
including train rides, horseback riding, boat rentals and we are one
mile to the Cherokee Golf
Course! For those with a preference for indoor activities or driving
adventures, there are many to
choose from including museums, Indian villages, 3 miles to John C
Campbell Folk School, drive the
exciting nearby "tail of the dragon" , art galleries, and the nearby
Biltmore Estate in Asheville,
NC or Rock City and Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, TN. The best thing
about Murphy is that you are

Jan- March $115 a night $625 wk $1900 mo
April- Sept 15 $125 a night $650 wk $2100 mo
Sept16- Nov $135 a night $725 wk $2500 mo
Dec $125 a night $650 wk $2100 mo
*All rates are subject to a minimum 3 night stay, $150 refundable
security deposit required to secure reservation. Monthly rentals require $300 deposit.
*$85 cleaning fee on all rentals paid to the cleaning company upon
your departure. Monthly rentals require $125 cleaning fee.

*Total rent fee is due 15 days prior to your arrival. Monthly rentals, 30 days in advance.
*Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
*Small dogs must be approved prior to arrival and a convenience
charge of $75 will be applied. No
cats or excotic animals permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if reservation cancelled no later than 30 days prior to
stay, deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than 30 days, deposit or rent will not be refunded if the home is not re-rented.
