Beautiful villa on white sandy beach in Guanacaste

Beautiful mediterranean Villa nested on a cliff with superb ocean
views to a white sandy beach. The property is located within a private
70 acres reserve, where you can enjoy bird watching and see other
animals in their natural enviroment like monkeys, pizotes, racoons
etc. The beach is only 3 minutes away on a dirt road within the
property, there ís a walking trail through the woods if you feel
sporty and adventurous.
The Villa.
In the first floor huge living/dining room and open kitchen, a terrace
with BarBQ and wet bar adjoining the pool and jacuzzi, one guest room
with a queen size bed and two day beds and A/C, one full bathroom.
Second floor: Master bedroom with queen size bed, sitting area,
balcony W.C. and bathroom with shower and tub, second Bedroom with a
queen size bed A/C
Third Bedroom has one bunk bed and two single beds that we put
together as a king size bed, balcony and A/C
Fourth Bedroom has a bunk bed two single beds and one queen size bed ,
A/C .
One full bathroom
The third floor has a beautiful roof terrace with sun beds and a
sitting area with fountain for sunset watching or sun bathing during
the day. Also a big open space for yoga meditation or other activities
( great for parties)

The villa is over 6000 sqf of construction so spaces are big and
comfortable, floor to ceilling windows in every room ensure beautiful
ocean views throughout. Because the house is on a cliff there is
always a cool breeze.

The house has all the esential utensils and applainces you will find
in a kitchen and includes daily cleaning, maid and gardner are there
to clean the pool start the BARBQ fire or what ever you may need
There is no phone but we do have internet connection so you can use
skype or similar to call anywere
Linens and towels are provided.

If you are looking for nightlife,casinos and the likes , I am affraid
this is not the place for you :)
The villa is secluded, private to enjoy and rest. However there are
many activities you can enjoy too.
We have a 21´ footer we rent for $500 a day with and expert capitan
for fishing or just cruising around the beautiful beaches surounding
the property.
Horseback riding is also available. The ocean has calm cristal waters
excellent for snorkeling and swimming, great for small children too.
There is a hotel near by were you can arrange for many day tours to
volcanos, national parks and also to the colonial town of Granada
Nicaragua ( only 90 minutes away). Wind surfing and kite surfing are
also available at the hotel during the windy season ( December-March )
