This incredible two story villa is the perfect waterfront vacation home. Offering 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and approximately 3,000 sq feet. This property is just a 5 minute walk to the sand.

This newly constructed home will comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. Offering a private pool and hot tub. The views from the back of the house are gorgeous, with dolphin swiming and breeding in the deep waters behind the seawall. This is not a marketing come on; you will see dolphins daily if you look out the back during the morning and at dusk. When you first walk in the house, you enter a spacious living room with 26 foot high ceilings. The living room area overlooks the pool patios and provides a great view of the open waters behind the house. To the left of the living room, is the formal dining room.

The spacious kitchen is very comfortable and features a beautiful breakfast area. All granite counters and stainless appliances, the house is completely updated. We invite you to relax in our gorgeous waterfront villa that has been designed with your comfort in mind. The villa is equipped with a kitchen stocked with a full set of dishware and utensils so you can fix that perfect meal after soaking up the rays in our crystal blue swimming pool.

It will be easy to curl up and read a good book in your villa's spacious living room. Our Florida Fantasy villa is the perfect haven for the vacationers with exquisite taste. Watch the yachts go by from every room that overlooks the deep-water canal and our marina. This vacation home is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels for your convenience. If you have additional guests, we have several other houses nearby to accommodate extremely large groups if you plan well in advance.
