Living across the street from Lake June will allow you calm mornings and beautiful sunsets. Lake
June is an all-sports lake awaiting swimmers, water sports and fishing. Just 1/2 a block away is
your own private beach, dock, and covered, enclosed pavillion. Picnic, sun bathe, swim, fish - all
right here. The lake is 3504 acres - plenty of space for fishing and boating. Lake Placid is a
quaint town with restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling and churches all within 10 minutes of this
home. If you prefer a bigger city feel, drive 20 minutes to the north into Sebring. Here you'll
find malls, movies, more restaurants, golf courses and more lakes that offer public boat launches.
Located in central Florida, it's only a 2 hour drive north to the Orlando/Disney area. Go east 2
hours, and you'll find Daytona Beach and Kenneday Space Center. To the west you'll find the Gold
Coast of Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, Clearwater and Ft. Myers. Travel south an hour and a half and
you're at the popular Seminole Casino.
