with six fully furnished, unique and charming apartments.

The Adobe Agave is a green establishment and
there is no smoking on the premises.

Each unit at Adobe Agave has a unique layout,
eclectic fine furnishings, colorful exotic Southwest,
Mexican, and international decor,original artwork from
numerous local artists, and ceiling fans throughout.
We hope you enjoy our casual, fine living during
your stay.

When you join us, you will find a Welcome Basket of fresh, organic fruit, fair trade coffee and chocolate, selection of herbal and black teas, and homemade muffins and snacks are delivered as available.  You will also find the fridge stocked with yogurts, bagels and English muffins, butter, cream cheese, and half n' half for your fair trade coffee - all organic! We always use the freshest, sustainable, whole foods possible and organic ingredients whenever possible for the foods we offer our guests.

All our kitchens are fully equipped with gourmet
quality small appliances, cookware and tableware
and the artfully chosen, 100% cotton linens and
towels offer you home comfort you won't
find in hotels and other rentals.

The front gardens have flowering habitats
with native plantings that attract famous
iridescent hummingbirds and butterflies.
The newly constructed exposed adobe wall
provides our guests with a private outdoor
retreat in the rear gardens.

We also think you'll enjoy our attention
to detail, like our well-stocked bookshelves
with an eclectic and worldly blend of contemporary
and classical fiction, politics, philosophy, birding
references, as well as local history and folklore.

Premium Direct TV, as well as high-speed wireless
Internet access is also provided.

Adobe Agave is a short walk through the
picturesque Historic District to Silver City's
downtown area.

Surrounding our main street, Bullard,
you will find gift and bookshops; museums;
the famous Yankee Street art community of
galleries; our local food co-op and spa;
as well as bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops,
and a wine bar, where you can enjoy live music
and dancing on weekend nights.

Within a short walk of two or three blocks of
Adobe Agave you will find the expansive Boston
Hill Nature Preserve, with trail heads as close
as two to three blocks away, where you can
enjoy all manner of hiking and stunning
panoramic views of Silver City and the
surrounding mountains. Some of the darkest
skies in the country provide a bountiful
viewing experience for the amateur or
serious astronomer.

Easy day trips include the Gila National Forest,
which is great for hiking, biking, and birding,
the Gila Cliff dwellings and Petroglyphs,
a wealth of natural and "improved" hot springs,
and the Historic Mines to which Silver City owes
its name.

Adobe Agave has four one-bedroom units
which each sleep up to 3 or four adults, and two
two-bedroom units which sleep up to
5 or 6 adults.

There is a three night minimum stay - inquire regarding less than minimum stay.

Special reduced rates Monday through Thursday,and we also offer unadvertised last minute deals (based upon availability).

We are happy to offer reduced rates
for parties renting multiple units.

Additional Rate Information:

Holiday seasons:

For the weeks surrounding
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.
and Special Events, including
Tour of the Gila Race, Blues Fest, etc.
rates are increased for that week by an
$25 per night per occupant.

Rates for guests with pets
are increased by
$10 per night per pet.

For Reservations at Adobe Agave:

All reservations require
a 50% deposit of the rental rate
for the reserved time period,
paid in advance to secure a reservation,
with the balance of the rent due
upon check-in.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations received more than 21 days prior
to scheduled check-in date,
subject to our ability to fill the reservation,
and less a $50 per unit cancellation fee,
qualify for a deposit refund.

If we cannot fill your cancelled reserved
time period, Adobe Agave will extend a credit
for the amount of your deposit -
less the $50 per unit cancellation fee(s) -
to be applied towards another stay at Adobe Agave
within 12 months of your original check-in date,
excluding any holidays or special events time periods.

Adobe Agave regrets that due to
the unique constraints of holiday and
special event reservations, deposits for
reservations during peak holiday and
special event time periods, unfortunately,
cannot be credited or refunded.
