This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 bath home boasts panoramic, 360 degree views of the Caribbean from the back, as well as Cancun Bay, from the front. Watch the sunrise from your bedroom window overlooking the Caribbean, and the sunset on Cancun Bay from the front porch, or enjoy amazing views of the entire island from the rooftop. This beautiful new construction sits just south of Isla's downtown, making it a very short walk to the many great restaurants and bars in the downtown district. It offers both the serenity of a private villa on the Caribbean, and easy access into town and beautiful North Beach. There is also a sea-promanade which begins at your backdoor and leads into the center of town, winding along the Caribbean ...great for walks, jogging, or a bike ride! Listen to the sounds of the waves right outside your bedroom windows, and awaken to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Both bedrooms have extra large windows overlooking the Caribbean, and beautiful glass doors opening to a circular patio overlooking the Caribbean. Each spacious bedroom has two luxurious Queen size beds which can be connected to create an extra large King. The immense living area not only opens to the circular patio overlooking the Caribbean, but also to a beautiful front porch which overlooks the Bay of Cancun and it's picturesque sailboats and sunsets. Although you can easily access all that Isla has to offer by foot or by taxi ($2 fare each way), the home has a full size garage should you choose to rent a golf cart.

Concierge service is included with each rental. Donna Rivera is an experienced rental manager. She
will meet you at the ferry, and escort you to Casa Cielo. You will be provided with a local cell
phone so she can be available to you for any questions or to arrange golf carts, excursions, or answer any questions that may arise. Daily Maid service, chef, salon services, etc. can be arranged for an additional fee.

I wanted to send you a little note about our stay at Casa Nirvana. We had a wonderful experience and
will definitely be coming again. This was our first trip that we stepped out of the box and tried
something besides a big resort with an all inclusive plan. I don’t think we will ever do the resort
thing again now. We had everything we needed there and still got to enjoy all different restaurants
and things to do on the island. We found so many shells just right down from the house and had a
wonderful time exploring all around there. Our host Donna was so great! She left us a phone to
contact her with if we needed anything and was just so nice. The house had everything we needed and
had a great island feel to it.

Our stay at casa nirvana was ablsolutely wonderful, and we would love to visit it again.The home is
a great location within walking distance to town, so you can pick up groceries. And has a good place
for parking golf cart to take you around the island. We enjoyed the constant carribean breeze from
the patio. And we could get on the right on the beach from the patio to beach comb and found lots of
great shells. The house is well equipped with everything, and the beds are comfortable which isn't
always the case visiting Mexico. Our host Donna was excellent to help with all arrangement for
anything we needed.
