Vacation Rental Description

Our Cabins are located just 5-10 minutes from ski sugar and ski 
beech and 3 miles from dowtown Banner Elk. Enjoy the long range 
views. Enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing. We are close to 
Grandfather Mtn and Tweetsie. We have more than one cabin so please
call or visit our web site for availability and more information.  We do not use this site's 
calendar.  Search for

Vacation Rental Amenities

We offer 3 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 queen futon, 3 bath, jacuzzi tub for 2, outside Hot 
Tub, 2 Full kitchens with all needed appliances, 2 washer/dryer, satelite TV(3), 
vcr,dvd. We provide all linens, towels, soaps, dish detergent, and 
wash detergent.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing, hiking, white water rafting,horse back riding shopping, fine 
dining, Wooly Worm festival in October, Highland Games in July, rock 
climbing,biking, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville 
Caverns

Vacation Rental Rates

This cabin can be rented whole or part. It has 2 separate rental areas. Call for details.
Standard rates are two night minimum at 
April and May (non holidays) $99/night
June-Sept: $105-165/night Sun-Thurs and $135-195/night Fri & Sat,  
Oct-Mar & Holiday Rates: $135-195/night Sun-Thur and $165-225/night Fri & Sat

Plus 7% tax and a one time cleaning fee of $50 or $75.

A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation. $200 security 
deposit is required at check in and refundable within 14 days less 
any damage.
