Spacious, Beautiful, Tropical and Tranquil Villa in Punta Gorda

This one floor villa/condo has been furnished as a comfortable home
with quality furniture and
bedding. It has high ceilings and an open feeling. There is a large
lanai and a two car garage. It
is located in "Villa Grande", which is a lovely area with lush
landscaping. The master bedroom
has a king bed, the guest room has a queen bed, and the den/3rd
bedroom has a double sleeper. The
great room is spacious and has a dining area. There is an eat-in
kitchen with a breakfast cafe'.
Everything is immaculate and fully equipped to assure that our
tenant/guests are
comfortable. We live nearby and are always available questions or
help.  All of our tenant/guests have had a wonderful time.  References upon request.

Just steps away is the community pool, spa, and clubhouse. For
outdoor living there is a gas grill
and comfortable outdoor furniture on the large lanai. A TV and DVD are in
the great room, and there are
books in the den. All linens are supplied, including beach towels. A
fully equipped kitchen
includes just about everything you could want or need!

Punta Gorda is a laid back harbor town with great restaurants,
boutique shops, golf, tennis, nature
trails, biking paths, local artist galleries, local harbor beaches and
parks, and nearby Gulf
Beaches. There are many tourist attractions nearby, including
Fisherman's Village, where various
day and evening cruises are available. Punta Gorda is a great place to
live and vacation -- the
people are the friendliest you will find anywhere!

June - September - $1800 per month or $700 per week;  October - December - $2000 per month or $875 per week  

January -April 2010 - $2500 per month  Note:  Tenants/guests taking January and February will receive a 10% discount for January.

Florida Tourist Tax: 12% $100 Cleaning Fee $500 security deposit per month;$250 per week    THIS IS A VERY ATTRACTIVE AND COMFORTABLE VILLA!
