This unique, absolutely one of a kind, luxury Malibu beach retreat is available for year round
rentals. The luxury beach house is an absolute dream, unlike any other you will ever set foot in.
Situated on over one point five acres of beautifully maintained beachfront property measuring two
legal parsels, the luxury beach house is the perfect location for an exclusive private getaway or an
A-list wedding or event.

Tucked behind a large gated driveway, the luxury beach house was formerly owned by actress Roseanne
Bar and her husband Tom Arnold and has been inhabited by some of the most famous names in modeling
and show business. The exclusivity and ultimate privacy of the luxury beach house make it a favorite
destination for celebrities and executives alike. The luxury beach house is located near Cindy
Crawford's and Brad Pitt's Malibu homes, and recently hosted Kate Moss. The luxury beach house and
other neighborhood homes have been used frequently as filming locations in some of the most well-
known movies and TV shows.

Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life to one of the most pristine and private beaches in
all of the United States. The luxury beach house sits on a dramatic bluff overlooking a large 125+
foot expanse of El Matador State Beach. Breathtaking views of the Pacific greet you from almost
every room in the house. Enjoy the gorgeous Malibu sunsets from two large, private beachfront wrap
around patios overlooking the ocean with views of nearby Catalina and Channel Islands. Sunbathe on
your own private verandas underneath a clear blue sky dotted with palm trees.

Construction of the 5500+ square foot luxury beach house was performed with absolutely no expense
spared. The luxury beach house has five full bedrooms each with its own private bath, along with
private downstairs maid quarters equipped with a full bathroom. Entry way to the luxury beach house
features incredible dual staircase leading up to the second story level. The spacious, open living
area directly faces the ocean with wall length French doors that open onto a large private wrap
around veranda. The luxury beach house living room also features a large screen state-of-the-art
plasma television, a gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood bar, gas fireplace, and grand piano.

Newly completed kitchen features Brazilian Cherry wood, Jerusalem marble and gorgeous glass
cabinetry throughout. Brand new stainless steel appliances featured in the gourmet kitchen,
including double oven, Viking range, state of the art trash compactor, built-in wine and beverage
cooler, sub-zero refrigerator, and two separate flush built sinks. Kitchen opens onto a large dining
area complete with attached wraparound porch.

Master bedroom suite features Brazilian Cherry wood floors, fireplace, custom made French doors that
open onto a large private veranda, and incredible views of the ocean. Master bath is covered in
pristine Jerusalem marble, with large jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, oversized double headed shower,
private toilet area complete with bidet, and large walk-in custom built closet.

Tucked away from the home, among a park like atmosphere complete with large statuaries, lies a
beautiful private pool, hot tub, and patio area. Garden like grounds with lush rose-gardens, long
sweeping lawns, and full grown palm trees surround the entire property adding to the vast beauty and
privacy of the estate. An elongated dog run lies to the side of the property affording even your
pets the opportunity to live in the lap of luxury.

Each of the five guest bedroom suites is custom appointed with the finest in luxury accommodations,
with large, gorgeous, full private bathrooms, queen size fluffy beds and sweeping views. For the
little ones, the house is appointed with a crib and a Pack and Play which can be converted into a
bassinette. The house sleeps 11 adults comfortably (2 in each of the five bedrooms, plus one in the
maid's quarters), plus we offer two queen sized Aerobeds for additional guests.

We welcome children, pets and long term guests! Because home is a low allergen environment, smokers
are welcome, but we ask that all smoking be done outside. A housekeeper is available to clean the
beach house for a daily fee or to live I the house during your stay in the downstairs maid's
quarters. A private concierge is also available to ensure that during your stay, you need not lift a
finger!

Master Bedroom Suite has incredible beach views with custom built cherry wood sliding doors that
open to a large wraparound veranda overlooking the Pacific; a large queen size luxurious poster bed;
gas burning fireplace; 200+ square foot bathroom with oversized Jacuzzi jetted bathtub; separate
toilet and bidet; and large custom built walk-in closet lined in dark cedar wood. Leave the doors
open and fall asleep to the lulling sounds of the Pacific Ocean.

Four Guest Suites all have large, luxurious queen sized beds with luxurious bedding; newly remodeled
bathrooms with oversized showers; ocean or garden views, Brazilian cherry wood flooring; large
fluffy premium bath towels; cable television; and full-sized closets.

Downstairs Maid Quarters is equipped with a twin sized bed; private full bathroom; garden views;
cable television; telephone; and a private entrance. It is the perfect room for a nanny or
housekeeper to stay, affording a bit of privacy while still living in the same quarters.

Kitchen features top of the line cooking utensils; brand new dishwasher; full size Sub Zero
refrigerator and freezer; separate ice maker; microwave; double ovens; Viking range; Jerusalem
granite countertops; state of the art Viking appliances; wine refrigerator; two extra beverage
refrigerators; and separate commercial clear ice maker and brand new custom made cabinetry. This
kitchen was built with a gourmet chefs high expectations and standards in mind. The kitchen opens
onto a large dining area, sitting room, and two oversized guest bathrooms - all appointed with the
finest in furnishings and luxury accommodations.

Living Room overlooks the Pacific with amazing, breathtaking views and opens onto a large wraparound
patio with high end patio furniture from Restoration Hardware and outdoor heaters. Living Room has a
dual gas burning fireplace; 52 inch high definition wall mounted Plasma television set with over 200
cable channels and state of the art home theatre system with surround sound and ceiling flush
mounted speakers; full Brazilian cherry wood bar area complete with bar stools and beverage
refrigerator and wine cooler; and grand piano.

Large two car garage has been converted to a state of the art home gym, complete with stairmaster,
Powerplate Machine, and large hi-grade treadmill with built in television set.

Large swimming pool with built in Jacuzzi is surrounded by a large patio area complete with palm
trees, white statuaries, and lawn chairs. Surrounding foliage assures the ultimate in privacy and
seclusion. The backyard was actually a former separate lot and measures over a full acre with
sprawling lawns, towering palm trees, children's jungle gym, and sweeping views of the Pacific. A
private meandering pathway leads down to a private entrance to El Matador State Beach, one of the
most pristine and secluded beaches in all of the United States. Oversized outdoor couches line
pathway to the beach, where you and your guests can enjoy the sunset in the ultimate in comfort.

Electronics: Beach house has state of the art electronics to make your stay more enjoyable.
Amenities include: Satellite television with hundreds of channels, including HBO; DVD player and a
DVD library; state of the art surround sound with Bose speakers in ALL rooms, including bathrooms
and outside areas - separate controls allow each room to play different music; large plasma TV in
the living room; 3 electric skylights; private office area with PC computer and internet access;
wireless internet access throughout the home; state of the art home security system, including
doorbell with camera; brand new German electronic robotic vacuums for first and second floors.

Beach Amenities: This charming house is located on one of the most private and isolated beaches in
Malibu. Enjoy almost total privacy everyday. It is also one of the best rated surfing beaches in
Malibu and Southern California. Amenities include: 2 beach entrances; BBQ on private porch; beach
shower with hot and cold controls; outdoor porches off all bedrooms; beach chairs; plush beach
towels.

can fit up to two cars.

Home can sleep eleven guests very comfortably, plus extra blow up mattresses are included at no

Brand new state of the art jet ski and a jet boat are available for your use while you are
vacationing in the beach house for $500 per day.

Local Attractions

Our Malibu beach house is just miles away from Downtown Malibu - the playground of the rich and
famous. Many high end retail shops and world class restaurants are located in Malibu and nearby
picturesque Santa Monica. Local area attractions include cinemas, grocery stores, beaches, shopping
centers, coffee houses, and museums. Malibu is the perfect place for hiking, walking, bike riding,
horseback riding, jet skiing, boating, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, golf, sight-seeing and
fishing. There are many private and public golf courses located in LA, including a fabulous public
course located right in Malibu. You can also kick your feet up and unwind by visiting some of the
best spas in the world! Or take a relaxing scenic drive along the coast on the historic Pacific
Coast Highway and visit the world famous Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade for some great
shopping and dining. For the kids - or the kid at heart - Disneyland, located in Anaheim, is a short
70 minute drive. Santa Barbara is a quick, beautiful hour and a half drive up the Pacific Coast
Highway. Santa Barbara, known for its beautiful Spanish architecture, beautiful beaches and world
class shopping, is the perfect distance for a short day trip from our beach house.

Local Restaurants:

Our Malibu beach house is just steps away from Neptune's Net - a classic surfside restaurant located
right on PCH. Famous for its clam chowder, Neptune's Net serves up great food in a superb location.
Established in 1958, it has also been used as a filming location in many Hollywood movies,
including "The Fast and the Furious."

Café Spruzzo, a local favorite, serves up some great Italian food, sandwiches, fried calamari, and
the best pizza in town! Be sure to try the Salad Pizza for a unique take on an old original! Café
Spruzzo is located at 29575 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. They also offer free local delivery.

Duke's Malibu Restaurant is famous for its panoramic ocean views, Hawaiian decor and excellent
cuisine. The beachfront restaurant pays homage to Duke Kahanamoku, a Hawaiian surfing legend. Be
sure to visit Duke's Barefoot Bar where you can dine under thatched umbrellas with your feet in the
sand.

The Sunset is one of Malibu's best known and best loved culinary adventures. Recently featured on
The Food Network's "Giada's Weekend Getaway", is located in the heart of Zuma Beach. Its secluded
location, striking views, and fine dining menu, make The Sunset one of the most exclusive
restaurants along the Pacific Coastline.

Moonshadows beachside restaurant is famous for not only for its fabulous beachside location and fine
cuisine, but it was also the spot Mel Gibson dined and drank at before his arrest in July of 2006.
You can also dance the night away at Moonshadows Blue Lounge, a dance club located right inside
Moonshadows restaurant. Moonshadows is located at 20356 Pacific Coast Highway.

Geoffrey's Malibu, famous for its excellent seafood, is located at 27400 Pacific Coast Highway.
Dining at Geoffrey's beachfront restaurant is truly a culinary experience. From its prosciutto
wrapped salmon to its two pound steamed Maine lobster - you really can't go wrong!

Malibu Attractions:

One of Malibu's local grocery stores, HOWS Trancas Market, is located a short seven miles from the
beach house, at The Trancas Center. HOWS is a locally owned and operated independent grocery store
that definitely caters to their local clientele. Be sure to keep your eyes open when cruising down
the aisles of the market - you might just spot Brad and Angelina or Kevin Dillon, who have been
known to do their weekly shopping there. Be sure to catch the amazing BBQ cooked up daily on the
side of the market. Try the carne asada, the jumbo hot dogs, or the tri tip. This BBQ has become so
popular among Malibu residents, that most days it is standing room only!

The Trancas Center is also home to a Starbucks, a drycleaners, a garden center and nursery, a mail
center, and a general store. The City of Malibu Planning Department is currently planning a large
expansion and renovation of the site, with an addition of several fine dining restaurants and high
end retail shops.

The Malibu Country Mart is a favorite among local residents and among movie location scouts as a
popular filming location. The Mart, located at 3835 Cross Creek Rd., was used extensively in the
movie Paparazzi starring Cole Hauser and Robin Tunney. The outdoor shopping center features over 60
specialty shops, art galleries, boutiques, fine dining restaurants, and coffee houses. It is home to
popular sushi restaurant Nobu, celebrity favorite clothing store Planet Blue, and the actual
Starbucks that is visited daily by Miss Britney Spears.

Los Angeles Attractions:

Los Angeles has some of the best art museums in the country! Right in nearby Pacific Palisades is
The Getty Villa, located at 17985 Pacific Coast Highway. The Getty Villa was J. Paul Getty's
original home.

Perhaps most famous of all LA area museums is The Getty Museum in Brentwood home to Irises by Van
Gogh and Sunrise by Monet. The Getty also features stunning modern architecture, lush gardens, and
incredible views.

Just voted one of the best art museums in the world by America Online, Los Angeles County Museum of
Art, LACMA, is located right in the heart of Los Angeles at 5905 Wilshire Blvd.

One of the finest LA area museums is the Huntington Library, Art Collection and Botanical Gardens
located in Pasadena. The Huntington is the former home of railroad tycoon Henry Huntington and was
opened to the public in 1928. If you prefer a day outside among nature, instead of a day spent
inside a museum, the Huntington is the perfect choice for you! The Huntington is situated on 120
acres of incredible gardens and pathways. Your entire day can be spent walking among the beautiful
gardens and ponds. After spending the day at the Huntington, visit the nearby Huntington Ritz
Carlton and Spa for an afternoon aperitif.
