convenient floor plan.
Two bedrooms, king size bed, large walk in tiled shower, separate his
& her vanity sinks, huge walk in organizer closet and satellite TV in
master suite. Second B/R has 2 twin beds, & large double organizer
closet with plenty of storage space. Plantation shutters throughout
home and numerous premium upgrades with plush wall to wall carpet and
designer tile floors, granite counter tops, top of the line stainless
kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, disposal, fridge
and ceramic top range & oven.
Large capacity washer and dryer across from 2nd full bath and linen
closet. 32 in. Sony LCD Television with Satellite DirecTV service, DVD
& VCR, queen sleeper sofa in vaulted ceiling L/R - D/R combo and walk
out double french doors to screened lanai with ceiling fan and gas
grill. Ceiling fans in each room compliment Carrier central air
conditioning system.
Separate Den/office with desk and DSL internet service.
This is our vacation home not an investment property with minimum

$500.00 security deposit(monthly)/$250.00(weekly)required fully
refundable upon home inspection at end of rental period.

50% of monthly rent requested with signed contract and full balance
due to include security deposit & cleaning fee within 30 days of
check in.
